If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please give your driver a call. He or she will do their best to stay on schedule but sometimes unanticipated delays are unavoidable. Yes, you can cancel a VIP Chauffeur reservation at any time as long as it is more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
