While PEN continues to update its screening hardware as part of its RM1.5 billion expansion, standard single cabin baggage policies apply. Liquids, aerosols, and gels must remain under 100ml per container and be enclosed in a transparent 1-liter resealable bag. Yes. We coordinate directly with airside operations to transition you from your commercial arrival gate through a priority immigration checkpoint, moving you seamlessly to the private aircraft stands or the newly established helicopter apron H1 without requiring you to re-enter the public check-in concourse.

We escort international departures to the prestigious Plaza Premium Lounge located on the Mezzanine Floor near Gate A3. It is fully operational for the 2026 season from 06:00 to 22:00 daily, offering premium shower facilities, high-speed Wi-Fi zones, and live chef stations.

Absolutely. Our arrival service integrates dedicated baggage porters who wait directly at the assigned international baggage claim belts. They collect your luggage while you relax with your greeter, escorting the bags through the fast-track customs lane directly to your awaiting vehicle at the arrivals curb.

Under standard traffic conditions using our private luxury chauffeur additions, the journey from the PEN arrivals curb to elite boutique properties in central George Town (approximately 16km away) takes 30 to 45 minutes via the Lim Chong Eu Expressway.

Yes. The VVIP service utilizes isolated VIP rooms where dedicated immigration and customs officers process your passport credentials and declarations privately, completely bypassing the main terminal’s ground floor immigration hall.

While the airport authority universally recommends arriving 3 hours before international flights due to heavy 2026 construction traffic, our expedited check-in and priority biometric immigration lanes allow our clients to comfortably arrive 90 minutes prior to scheduled departures.

PEN does not house a dedicated post-customs arrivals lounge within the public hall; however, our VIP clients can utilize the private meeting spaces located inside the domestic or international departure lounges via specialized transit arrangements, or transition directly to their chauffeured vehicle which features built-in high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.
