During peak arrival banks (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM), standard immigration and customs lines can stretch to over 60 minutes. With our Fast-Track service, your greeter guides you via the dedicated diplomatic/special services lanes, reducing your total processing and transit time down to roughly 10 to 15 minutes.

If your aircraft utilizes a remote stand, you will step down onto the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal doors. Your AssistAnt greeter will be waiting for you with a personalized sign immediately inside the terminal entrance doors before you reach the central immigration hall.

The Executive Lounge near Gate 1 emphasizes an open-air Caribbean design concept and does not feature enclosed overnight sleeping pods or private shower suites. It provides premium air-conditioned indoor seating, a scenic outdoor runway-view deck, and refreshed workspace stations.

Direct tarmac vehicle transfers are strictly restricted by local aviation authorities to private aircraft arrivals utilizing the FBO/Private Terminal (Terminal B footprint). Commercial passengers must utilize our Fast-Track service, which meets you at the jet bridge and accelerates you through the main terminal infrastructure.

While you are being efficiently processed through the expedited immigration lane, your dedicated greeter or an assigned baggage porter handles the physical retrieval of your bags from the luggage carousels, ensuring you do not have to wait in the main baggage claim crowds.

The legacy terminal has been fully transitioned into Terminal B. As of the early 2026 season, it houses expanded ground transportation hubs and dedicated executive infrastructure, while all scheduled commercial airline flights operate exclusively out of the modern 23,000-square-meter main passenger terminal.

ANU enforces standard international aviation protocols for hand luggage. All liquids, aerosols, and gels must be in containers of 100ml (3.4 ounces) or less and packed inside a single, transparent, resealable plastic bag, which must be taken out of your luggage for separate X-ray scanning unless instructed otherwise by local security.

Your AssistAnt team monitors all flight telemetry in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your greeter’s schedule is automatically adjusted to ensure they are standing precisely at the jet bridge exit the moment your aircraft's doors open, regardless of the new arrival time.

Our expedited Fast-Track services are fully family-friendly. Children and infants are processed alongside their parents or guardians through the priority lanes to ensure families remain together and experience a smooth, stress-free entry into Antigua.

Due to strict airport authority coordination and security clearance protocols at V.C. Bird International Airport, all Fast-Track and VVIP bookings must be finalized at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight operations.
