Departures: Guests skip the newly set up temporary marquee check-in expansion counters entirely. Your greeter handles baggage labeling and boarding pass collection via priority airline lanes while you bypass standard emigration lines using the restricted Silk Route fast-track passport control channel.

CMB still utilizes physical and X-ray separation rules in Terminal 1. Laptops and large electronics must be taken out of bags, and liquids must conform to standard 100ml restrictions; however, our Fast-Track lanes utilize dedicated VIP screening belts to expedite the process.
Standard arrival processing during peak periods can take up to 75 minutes due to high tourism surges. With AssistAnt Fast-Track, the transit time from the jet bridge through the Silk Route VIP immigration counter to your waiting vehicle is reduced to under 20 minutes.
You do not need to wait at the public luggage carousels. Your AssistAnt greeter and dedicated airport porters identify and collect your bags using your baggage claim tags, clear them through customs, and deliver them directly to your chauffeur.
The primary Silk Route and Palm Strip lounges do not feature built-in showers. For guests requiring a shower during a long transit, your AssistAnt greeter can coordinate access and escort you to the Serenediva Transit Hotel lounges located inside the Terminal 1 transit area.
