VVIP service bypasses the main terminal entirely, processing your arrival or departure through the private Signature Aviation FBO terminal with direct tarmac vehicle transfers.
Tarmac vehicle transfers directly from the aircraft steps to a private vehicle are strictly limited to domestic UK arrivals or private charters routed through the Signature Aviation FBO due to UK Border Force international clearing regulations.
While we can facilitate entry to the Escape or Aspire lounges, we highly recommend our clients utilize the brand-new Turkish Airlines Lounge by Plaza Premium Group near Gate 16, which offers elite 2026 amenities including a luxury relaxation area and high-end buffet dining.
Your greeter will meet you on the second level of the Multi-storey car park right at the overbridge entrance. From there, they will immediately escort you across the bridge directly into the FastTrack security area, skipping the ground-floor check-in hall entirely if you only have hand luggage.
FastTrack passport control for arriving passengers was officially withdrawn by the UK Border Force. To mitigate arrival delays, an AssistAnt greeter will escort you directly to the main immigration hall via the fastest route and assist with baggage retrieval immediately afterward.
