Our greeters possess airport credentials allowing them to guide you through the dedicated Diplomatic and Crew lanes at passport control, completely avoiding the standard international passenger queues.
SJO’s private FBO terminal facilities are exclusively reserved for private jet charters. Commercial passengers utilize our premium Fast-Track service within the main International Terminal.
We direct our clients to the BAC Credomatic VIP Lounge near Gate 17, which offers superior 2026 amenities, an à la carte menu, and private workstations, as other legacy lounges are currently undergoing heavy renovations.
The walk between the two terminals takes approximately 5 minutes via an outdoor sidewalk. However, our concierges provide seamless inter-terminal porterage and escort services to expedite this transfer.
No, Costa Rican regulations require all incoming international passengers to clear customs with their bags at the main terminal. Your AssistAnt greeter will assist with luggage claim and escort you to the domestic terminal for re-check.
SJO requires the removal of laptops and large electronic items from bags during security screening. The standard 100ml liquid rule remains strictly enforced at the central security checkpoint.
Tarmac vehicle transfers are restricted by local aviation authorities to private aircraft operations at the FBO. Commercial arrivals must be met at the jet bridge exit within the terminal.
