The new 14,400-square-meter Departures Terminal features advanced automated screening lanes. Combined with our Fast-Track service, transit times from the Level 1 check-in hall to the Level 2 airside gates are routinely reduced to under 10 minutes.

The VNO VIP Terminal operates daily from 04:00 to 01:00 EEST. If your private or commercial flight arrives outside these hours, AssistAnt requires 24-hour advance notice to arrange specialized out-of-hours staffing and tarmac clearance.
Because all baggage handling, check-in, and security are processed privately on-site, we recommend arriving just 90 minutes prior to your flight. This allows ample time to enjoy the private office suites or television lounges before your tarmac vehicle transfer.
