You will immediately be escorted via a private golf buggy or VIP shuttle past the general public queues directly to an exclusive, air-conditioned VIP immigration counter for expedited passport processing.
While you relax and enjoy complimentary light refreshments in the private VIP arrival lounge, our airport porters retrieve your bags from the luggage carousels using your luggage tags. Once retrieved, you are escorted alongside your bags directly to your waiting chauffeur vehicle outside.
The famous tarmac-view infinity pool lounge is located exclusively in Terminal B. If your commercial flight departs from Terminal A, you will have access to the Terminal A VIP Lounge, which features premium amenities, catering, and an open bar, but lacks the outdoor pool deck.
Due to high seasonal demand and strict airport authority formatting, all VIP Meet & Greet and Fast-Track reservations must be fully finalized and confirmed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight arrival or departure time.
Standard Fast-Track expedites your journey through the main commercial structures of Terminal A or Terminal B. The VVIP FBO service completely bypasses these terminals, routing you through a private, standalone VIP terminal west of the commercial zones, utilizing direct tarmac vehicle transfers right at the aircraft steps.
No, airport VIP concierge services focus strictly on airside and terminal logistics. Private chauffeur transfers, luxury SUVs, or limousine transport to your resort must be requested and booked separately as an add-on service.
Your concierge will continually monitor your flight status in real time. If a delay occurs, you can comfortably remain within the private VIP lounge with full access to complimentary dining, beverages, high-speed Wi-Fi, and workstations until the exact moment your flight is ready for boarding.
Per strict airport regulations updated for the 2026 season, domestic pets are explicitly barred from entering the luxury VIP Lounges. Only certified, documented service animals are permitted inside lounge spaces; standard pets must remain crated during terminal transit.
For departures, you will bypass the chaotic public check-in halls entirely. Your vehicle will drop you off directly at the designated, clearly marked VIP Reception entrance of your terminal, where your greeter will be waiting to receive you and your luggage.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are fully refundable without penalty. Cancellations within the 24-hour window incur a 50% penalty, while "No Shows" or failures to coordinate arrival changes are entirely non-refundable.
