The #1 Lounge at YOW: The Aspire Salon Lounge is the top-tier, multi-airline relaxation space at YOW. Location: Airside, immediately after security clearance. Walk left and follow the signs toward Gate 20; the lounge entrance is located on your right just after Gate 18. Yes. Ottawa Airport features an on-site U.S. CBP Pre-clearance facility. Your AssistAnt greeter will guide you through the expedited screening lines and the priority lanes at the U.S. Customs checkpoint, allowing you to clear U.S. customs before departure and land in the U.S. as a domestic passenger.
The Aspire Salon Lounge is located past security on Level 2 of the Departures area. After clearing the security checkpoint, turn left and walk past Gate 18; the lounge entrance is situated immediately on your right, approximately a 3-minute walk from the central screening zone.
Yes, the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge is fully operational at YOW for the 2026 travel season. It is located airside in the main terminal concourse near Gate 18, serving eligible Air Canada and Star Alliance premium travelers.
Our greeters leverage the CATSA Verified Traveller program lines during peak departure hours. On these designated lanes, pre-cleared travelers, NEXUS members, and VIP guests can keep laptops, tablets, and permitted 100ml liquids inside their bags, drastically accelerating the screening process.
