The 2026 modular expansion of Concourse D is underway, reducing gate widths and altering pedestrian flows around gates D1 to D20. AssistAnt greeters stay updated on daily gate shifts to steer Fast-Track clients through alternative, less congested corridors, ensuring you avoid construction dust and narrow walkways.

Inside this terminal, dedicated U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers process your passport and luggage privately, completely bypassing the main international arrivals hall at Concourse F.

Access to the Centurion Lounge is restricted to a maximum of 3 hours before your scheduled departure time, a rule strictly enforced in 2026. For connecting passengers, this limit does not apply, and your AssistAnt greeter will manage your timing perfectly to transition from the lounge to your gate exactly as boarding commences.

Your luggage is retrieved directly from the aircraft cargo hold by dedicated handlers and brought straight to the PS Atlanta private terminal while you relax in your suite. For departures, your bags are checked in, tagged, and loaded onto the commercial aircraft directly from the private terminal.

Your dedicated AssistAnt coordinator monitors your flight status in real time. If a delay risks a connection, your airside greeter will immediately coordinate with airline premium desks to re-book seats, re-route luggage, and escort you to the nearest luxury lounge—such as the Concourse F Sky Club or The Club at ATL—to wait comfortably.
