Because the automated Sky Line train between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 is out of service, standard travelers must use bus shuttles. For AssistAnt VVIP clients, this disruption is non-existent; our private tarmac limousines transfer you directly between your arrival aircraft and departure gate or the VIP Terminal across the airfield.

For departures, your greeter meets you curbside at the designated drop-off zone in front of Terminal 1, Area A, Level 1 or Terminal 2, Concourse D. A professional porter will be waiting alongside the greeter to handle your bags from the vehicle trunk.

In the main terminals, it depends on the lane; however, AssistAnt’s VVIP services utilize the private VIP Terminal security checkpoints, which feature dedicated CT 3D scanners. You do not need to remove liquids or electronic devices from your baggage during this private screening.

Yes. Our greeters manage the entire VAT refund process. For Fast-Track clients, you are escorted to the priority customs desk in Terminal 1 or 2. For VVIP clients, all customs validation and cash/credit refunds are processed directly inside the private VIP Terminal by on-site officials.
