The Joan Olivert VIP Lounge is centrally positioned on Level 1 airside, exactly in the main transit corridor between Terminal 1 and the regional boarding gates, right near Gate 12. Because it sits past the main security checkpoint, it is a convenient 2-to-7-minute walk to any of the primary commercial boarding gates.

Direct tarmac vehicle transfers to the private FBO lounge are strictly reserved for VVIP itineraries utilizing private aircraft or specific VVIP-approved arrangements. For commercial arrivals, our standard Fast-Track service utilizes a walking escort from the jet bridge through the expedited commercial terminal lanes.

Yes. All AssistAnt VIP packages at VLC include dedicated porter coordination. For departures, a porter will manage your luggage from the curbside drop-off point to the check-in counter. On arrival, your greeter and porter assist with collecting your bags from the baggage reclaim carousel and escorting them directly to your waiting vehicle.

Our operations team monitors your flight's transponder in real-time. Even if your flight is significantly delayed, your personal greeter will adjust their schedule accordingly and will be standing at the gate whenever your aircraft lands, ensuring unbroken 24/7 VIP coverage.

The General Aviation Terminal (Bloque Técnico), located on the airport perimeter in Manises, is approximately 10 kilometers (about 6 miles) from the heart of downtown Valencia. Utilizing our private luxury chauffeured transfers, the driving time to the city center or La Marina is a smooth 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
