For commercial flights, your greeter will be waiting for you directly at the jet bridge exit or the immediate arrival door if your flight uses a tarmac shuttle. You will not have to navigate to the baggage hall alone.
The HelloSky Lounge is located airside near the B Gates, right before passport control. Walking to the newly added Non-Schengen gates (bringing the 2026 total to 11) takes approximately 5 to 8 minutes, and our greeter will pace this walk for you.
No. The BGY Executive Terminal (LIME) is located at Varco Doganale 2 in Grassobbio, in the northern area of the airport grounds, completely separate from the commercial crowds and main terminal traffic.
Due to commercial aviation regulations at BGY, tarmac-to-car transfers are strictly reserved for passengers arriving via private aviation at the BGY Executive Terminal. For commercial flights, we expedite you through the main terminal's VIP channels.
