Unlike standard VIP, we do not meet you at the terminal curb. You (or your driver) will be directed to a private, unmarked gated entrance on the airport perimeter (Eastern Perimeter Road). A security guard verifies your credentials at the gate before you proceed to the private terminal forecourt.

As soon as the aircraft door opens, a luxury vehicle and an AssistAnt greeter will be waiting on the tarmac at the foot of the aircraft steps. You are driven directly to the Windsor Suite. While you relax in your private lounge, our team retrieves your luggage from the plane and handles all immigration formalities.

No. The Windsor by Heathrow is airline-agnostic. We provide this service for passengers flying on any commercial airline—including British Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airways, and American Airlines—regardless of which terminal they normally operate from.

Standard bookings cover up to three passengers per private suite. For larger families or corporate delegations, we can book interconnected suites or larger lounge configurations to maintain total group privacy.

Yes. For connections, we meet you at the aircraft steps of your arriving flight, transfer you to the Windsor Suite for your layover (up to 3 hours), and then drive you across the tarmac to your departing aircraft. This is the only way to "connect" at Heathrow without ever entering a public terminal.

Each suite is a fully self-contained residence with high-speed Wi-Fi, a dining area, and a private luxury bathroom. Following the 2025 renovation, the facility also offers dedicated shower suites and workstations for those needing to prepare for meetings immediately upon arrival.

Yes. The Windsor Suite features bombproof glass and specialized netting to prevent long-lens photography, ensuring total privacy from paparazzi. The private entrance is guarded 24/7, and all staff are vetted for the highest levels of discretion.

For departures, your bags are taken from your vehicle by a private porter at the Windsor Suite entrance and checked into the airport's internal system from there. For arrivals, our team collects your bags directly from the aircraft’s hold and delivers them to your suite while you clear customs privately.

Yes. A unique benefit of the VVVip service is the on-site VAT refund processing. We coordinate with Border Force officers to inspect your luxury purchases and process the refund paperwork within your private suite, so you don't have to visit the public VAT desks in the terminals.
